Please note that due to the virtual nature of electronic downloads, ebooks or online training, we cannot refund your money or exchange products after your purchase. If you have questions about a product prior to making your purchase, please contact us at Knowledgecenter@vistage.com.
Will I get a receipt or confirmation of order after I’ve placed the order?
Yes. After your order is processed you will receive a confirmation e-mail that will include a description of the item or items, the quantity of your order, as well as the status of your order. Please note: If there is any adjustment to your order, it will not be reflected in this e-mail.
How do I qualify for the Member Discount?
You must be an active member of Vistage in good standing to qualify for the member savings. Discounts are offered on most products. Click here for more information on becoming a Vistage Member.
Do you take International Orders?
Yes, we do take international orders. The orders must be paid in U.S. funds. Please be aware International orders are subject to local taxes and duties.
How do I get my product into the Vistage Knowledge Center?
If you have a product that you believe would be a good fit in the Vistage Knowledge Center, please send an email to knowledgecenter@vistage.com, with “Product Submission ,“ in the subject line. A representative will contact you at their earliest convenience to discuss this revenue opportunity.
